Sessions can be as often and for as long as required.
For video calls, I use a secure and encrypted platform called Doxy. Access can be done via smartphone, tablet or PC. All conversations are private, secure and held to the highest ethical standards. Online counselling may help you feel more relaxed, it can take place in surroundings familiar to you and can help you talk more freely.
Telephone counselling takes place in a safe and confidential space. It may help clients who value anonymity, this can help clients to share more freely.

I offer individual supervision sessions to trainee and qualified Counsellors either online or over the phone. Working together, I help my supervisees to develop and ensure the efficacy of their counsellor-client relationships, monitor and maintain their professional and ethical practice, develop their theoretical and practical knowledge, focus on self-care to avoid burn-out and support their professional practice and well-being
As a supervisor I fulfil different roles, depending on the needs of the supervisee and their developmental stage. These may include, for example, mentor, teacher, therapeutic support, consultant, guide and evaluator.
